RH 9 Server configuration

I have a brand new Dell server running RH9 and have a configuration
question or two. I'm running vsftpd for ftp services which works fine as
each users ftp directory is /home/<username>. The problem is the web
defaults are /www/http. How can I set it up where the ftp folder is the
same as the user's web folder? thnx
