FS Day picnic cooking facilities?

The announcement discussed bringing "geek" cooking tools. Are these
cooking tools to be shared? In other words, if I want to bring some meat
to grill, do I need to bring charcoal and/or a grill to cook on or can I
share with someone? (Think brazilian BBQ!)
