This may be a non-issue to some, but I figure there may be others who can
use the info. A while back some people were grousing about Cox blocking port
25 and disabling home mail servers. I found it annoying because that made it
harder to test scripts that automatically send email. Anyway, I found a very
practical explanation for getting around the problem using Postfix under
Mandrake. The explanation should suffice for most anyone who uses Postfix,
including under RH. It works on my system. Here's the link:
