Standard (Vixie) cron uses the LOG_CRON facility and normally
syslog handles cron.info. On my BSD box, syslogd logs it to /var/cron/log.
Some systems log it to /var/log/messages and some to /var/log/cron.log.
grep -i cron in your logs?
