If you substituted MAC w/Windows here, I might take this seriously.
However, I still dont have something like gDesklets or Virtual Desktops on
Windows(shipping as default). The concept of tabbed windows (fluxbox and
friends) is not on the windows desktop.

I think your comment stems from the fact you probably run a stock KDE from
a major distrubition. The PROBLEM is they want their desktop to look feel
and behave like windows because they buy into the notion that is the only
way to be successful. If you want to see a powerful GNU/Linux desktop I
suggest you start with with the base and configure your own. You will be
amazed at the features you find.
