     * Windows 2000, and 2003
     * Batch skills
     * .vbs (visual basic scripting), includes: ADSI, and WMI
     * Wise Installer
     * Active Directory knowledge
     * IIS
     * working knowledge of Windows registry

Unix (Solaris 2.8 & Linux Redhat)

     * Solaris 2.8 Administration
     * Linux Redhat Enterprise Server Edition 2.x administration
     * korn shell scripting
     * automation
     * Solaris Flash feature technology
