Loopback install

i am in need of some advise on how to do a loopback install on a system
that doesnot have a cdrom drive.
here are some specs.

500 mgHz processor
128 megs ram
12g HDD

i currently have knoppix installed, it just has to much stuff for me. i
want to get slack installed. i have googled the loopback and have had a
rough time finding istall info for a system already running linux.
i already have the slack 9.1 iso on the system.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
