I need help testing a motherboard

Hi,

I live in Phoenix and need to test a main board for a Pentium 4/Celeron (478
pin/533,800fsb). The problem is I don't have a processor to test it. I
understand this is an odd request but I'll be receiving the board on
Thursday the 1st of September and I have 30 days to test it and either RMA
it or keep it. I got it for my brother for a December gift but I don't want
to buy the CPU until then. BTW, the board is a SOYO 865PE SY-P4I865PE+ 1.0
