OT : moving to Tempe, need ISP recommendation

I don't really care whether it's DSL or cable. (Unless you think I
should care?) I want a service with good performance which will allow
me to run a basic server (mail, web, ftp, ssh) without forcing me to buy
some 'business' service plan. Any recommendations are appreciated.
