There shouldn't be a whole lot of difference between gpg on Kubuntu and gpg
on any other distribution. I'm not sure what you mean by 'lacking,' could
you clarify? If you feel it's lacking in some way, you could get the source
code from the gnugpg.org, or get a new package.
