Problem with USB Logitech headset

I was trying to get Ubuntu set up for screencasting & discovered
I was having problems with my USB Logitech headset. I got the
headphones working in "Totem Movie Player" but I messed up the
"sound recorder", so I installed Audacity & got the mic &
headphones working. I still don't know what I did right or wrong
;-)

I am still unable to get the headphones to play when viewing
flash videos from Firefox, all I get are the computer speakers.
Any Ideas?
