Configure ktorrent for fastest downloads

I'm looking to configure ktorrent for the fastest possible downloads.  
I know there are many things that can affect how fast something
downloads via bittorrent, but I'm looking to get the best speeds
possible.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks
